PAYMENT TERMS AND METHODS: Package arrangement prices are expressed in EUR. Payment is in dinars at the official NBS middle exchange rate on the day of payment. If the arrangement is not paid in full, the remaining debt is expressed in euros and paid according to the rate on the day of payment.

• cash or by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Dina payment cards, the arrangement reservation is secured by a 30% deposit of the arrangement value, and the remainder is paid at the latest 15 days before travel departure.
• payment in instalments (up to 9 monthly instalments, without deposit and without interest) - by Intesa bank credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), payment at the time of reservation.
• by citizens' cheques with deferred payment until 15 December 2027., the arrangement reservation is secured by a 40% deposit of the arrangement value, and for the remainder cheques are deposited at the latest 15 days before travel departure.
• by administrative injunction of companies with which Demo Agencija d.o.o. has a signed Administrative Injunction Agreement.
• by bank transfer of individuals or companies based on an issued invoice.

GENERAL NOTES

Special notice for Covid 19: in cases where the property / accommodation owner practises cleaning and maintenance of rooms according to the protocols of the Greek government, the owner bears no legal responsibility for potential infection of guests with the Covid 19 virus during the guests' stay.

• The realisation of all travel programmes of the DEMO AGENCIJA agency depends on epidemiological measures brought by the competent authorities of the state of Serbia, as well as transit states or the final destination. From the moment of publication of the travel programme to the moment of realisation of the travel, changes are possible in the conditions for realisation of travel, the abolition of certain measures or the introduction of new ones. For the realisation of travel, the travel conditions valid on the day of the start of travel are relevant. The introduction of new epidemiological measures which do not exclude the realisation of travel in the agreed manner cannot be grounds for cancellation of the agreed travel by the traveller. Travellers are obliged to accept and respect all state measures valid on the day of the start of travel, with the aim of realising the agreed travel.
• Each traveller is required, before departing on travel, to check the status of the country to which they are travelling and to obtain all necessary documentation. The agency bears no responsibility if the traveller does not respect the valid measures or does not have all the necessary documentation for travel.
• At the time of publication of this programme, Covid-19 conditions for travel to Greece published on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of R. Serbia are valid, where travellers are obliged to inform themselves about future changes of travel conditions to Greece directly before the start of travel by following the link: mfa.gov.rs/gradjani/putovanje-u-inostranstvo/covid-19-uslovi-za-putovanje. Covid-19 conditions for entry into the Republic of Serbia are located on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website: www.mfa.gov.rs/gradjani/ulazak-u-srbiju/covid-19-uslovi-za-ulazak.
• The listed discounts for the third and fourth person and children apply only when accompanied by two adult (paying) persons, unless otherwise stated in the price list.
• Rooms/apartments are used from 14:00h on the first day from the table (earlier entry is possible), and vacated by 09h on the last day of stay.
• One hotel day, as well as reserved services, is counted from noon on the date of the start of stay to noon on the last day of the arrangement, regardless of when (depending on flight times) the guest enters the hotel.
• The additional/extra bed is mostly of smaller dimensions than the standard bed and is usually fold-out, of wooden or metal construction or is a fold-out sofa/armchair. Arrangement reservation for a single room is done on request. A surcharge is not possible in all studios and apartments (information is available at the agency).
• Hotel reservations are made upon payment of a 30% deposit. The Organiser has a daily notification from the hotel or inopartner about the occupancy status and free capacities, but the Organiser is obliged to get final confirmation, which is obtained within 48 hours of payment. If the reservation is not confirmed by the hotel, the entire deposit is refunded.
• Apartments and studios are handed over to guests in proper and clean condition. Bedding and kitchen inventory are an integral part of the studio or apartment, while towels, soap, toilet paper and other hygiene products are provided by the users themselves, unless otherwise emphasised. Guests maintain hygiene in the accommodation units themselves. Bedding is changed at least once during the shift. The accommodation is standardised by the tourist association of the region or state in which it is located.
• The hotel category designation in the travel programme is officially established and approved by the National Tourist Association and is valid on the day of conclusion of the contract between the tour organiser and the inopartner.
• The tour organiser does not guarantee the floor, view, room or apartment number, seat on the plane or bus, unless this is provided as a surcharge option in the price list. Room allocation in the hotel is done by reception, upon arrival of guests. Travellers must adhere to the posted house rules in the accommodation property.
• The agency representative, travel escort and bus drivers are not obliged to carry travellers' luggage to and from the accommodation property.
• In case of congested streets (impossibility of passage) in places where the accommodation property is located, the bus will drop travellers off at the place closest to the accommodation property.
• Statements about the content of certain services or facilities provided by the hotel do not necessarily imply their free use. A surcharge is possible, at hotel reception, for the possibility and manner of use of certain services (massage, sauna, spa centre, fitness, internet, safe, iron, electric kettle, consumption of drinks from the mini fridge/mini bar, sports courts and similar.).
• Accommodation properties with apartments and studios, as well as hotels of lower categories, use a system of solar panels and boilers for water heating, which implies a somewhat lower temperature of hot water, as well as lower hot water pressure in certain periods during the day.
• In low-season conditions, and sometimes in season, it is possible that some facilities of the accommodation property, catering and commercial properties at the destination are not in operation, for which the tour organiser cannot be responsible.
• Photographs on the internet presentation of interior facilities of accommodation properties and rooms are of informative character and do not guarantee that the traveller will receive exactly the accommodation unit of appearance, position, equipment and size as in the photograph.
• Descriptions of beaches are general, and on the same there may be different soil structures, from fine sand to pebbles. The descriptions may differ as to the condition on the shore and beach.
• Noise in properties around the hotel is regulated by local laws and rules and is taken care of by the competent inspection authorities.
• Wi-Fi internet connection service is not included in the arrangement price. Signal availability depends on the quality provided by the local provider chosen by the accommodation property owner and on the current number of users on the network. It is possible that wi-fi is provided only in certain parts of the accommodation property around reception or the pool, bar etc. The tour organiser cannot influence and is not responsible for the quality of the Wi-Fi.
• The price is guaranteed with payment of the full amount. In case of changes after the conclusion of the Travel Contract, relating to changes in the monetary market (currency exchange rate), or when the price is expressed in dinars, changes in carrier tariffs and other legally prescribed cases, the tour organiser reserves the right to correct prices, amend the travel programme, cancel the travel or realise it in cooperation with another agency, of which it is obliged to inform travellers at the latest five (5) days before the planned start of travel.
• The representative's phone number will be available to travellers at the time of voucher issuance, and at the latest 5 days before the agreed travel. If the traveller takes over a voucher on which the representative's phone number is not written, he is obliged to call the agency before travel.
• Each traveller is obliged to have a valid travel document (passport). Travellers who are not citizens of Serbia are obliged to familiarise themselves with the visa regime of the country they are travelling to. Minor persons, if travelling alone, must have parental or guardian consent that they can travel independently.
• The agency bears no responsibility for an invalid travel document of travel participants, for not obtaining a visa for the category of travellers for whom a visa is required, as well as in the case that border authorities prevent the traveller from entering the territory of the destination country and it will be considered that the traveller has withdrawn from the arrangement and will be proceeded according to the GTC.
• Travellers are obliged when registering for travel to register their full names, surnames and dates of birth as entered in the passport. An incorrectly registered datum (maiden surname, nickname, etc.) will be entered in the air ticket, accommodation voucher and other travel documents and may cause problems for the traveller during travel at border or airport services as well as in accommodation properties.
• When registering traveller names it is necessary to state the exact date of birth of the child who is announced in the accommodation. The owner of the accommodation property reserves the right to charge on site the costs arising from incorrectly registered traveller data.
• The traveller is obliged to have International Travel Insurance which can be obtained at the Organiser's sales service.
• Travellers are obliged to provide a correct mobile phone number and e-mail address at the time of arrangement reservation.
• The tour organiser one/two days before travel, by call or e-mail, sends notification of departure; if the traveller does not receive notification, he is obliged to contact the agency to obtain accurate information about the time and place of departure.
• The travel agency determines the place of departure and return. Bus departures for summer arrangements are always one day earlier than the shift dates indicated in the price list. On the bus, a child over 2 years must have its own seat (cannot sit on a lap).
• The tour organiser reserves the right to change the travel programme (order and time of individual contents in the programme) depending on objective circumstances (delay or breakdown of the means of transport, roadworks, traffic jams, strikes, weather disturbances, force majeure, etc.).
• The Organiser has the right to sell its free capacities through First and Last minute offer actions at prices that are lower or differently formed and differ from prices in the price list. Travellers who paid the arrangement at prices from the price list at the time of reservation do not acquire the right to compensation for the price difference compared to Last minute prices. Travellers who have reserved travel under the conditions and prices of First minute, in case of cancellation of the complete arrangement, the prescribed cancellation rate shall apply regardless of whether the guest found a replacement. There is a possibility that the hotel does not accept the replacement. In case of the possibility of replacement, travellers who replace the travellers who cancelled will be charged the new price according to the valid price list on the day of reservation change.
• Travellers will receive the most important information about the place of stay/island at the first info meeting, according to the schedule received upon arrival from the Organiser's representative.
• Dress codes in most hotels during dinner in restaurants for men are wearing long trousers.
• The tour organiser, during the entire duration of the arrangement, bears no responsibility for any loss, theft or disappearance of: travel documents, documents, money, valuables, luggage. Travellers are asked to take care of the listed items and to use the possibilities of accommodation properties to keep them.
• On the charter flight the carrier is Air Serbia; one piece of luggage per person of maximum weight 23 kg and one piece of hand luggage of maximum weight 8 kg are allowed. Children under 2 years have no right to luggage.
• The Organiser recommends that travellers inform themselves about the conditions for entry into European Union countries (required monetary funds for stay, health insurance, accommodation confirmations) on the web page of the Delegation of the European Union in Serbia www.europa.rs or at the embassy / consulate of the country to which they are travelling.
• The minimum for travel realisation is 35 travellers (bus transport), 100 travellers (charter air transport).
• Travellers are obliged to carefully read the programme and content of the arrangement before signing the Travel Contract, and the signatory of the Contract is obliged to acquaint the other participants in the joint travel with the programme and content of the arrangement and the General Travel Conditions.
• The agency has no responsibility for any different verbal information about the travel programme. Valid is only the written programme displayed at the agency and presented on the agency web presentation. Please travellers carefully read the GTC which are an integral part of this programme.
