Lokacija: Kompleks Montenegro Čanj se sastoji od tri zgrade: Depadance Vesna 3*, Montenegro Canj korpus B 4* (otvoren 2019. godine) i glavne zgrade Montenegro Canj 4*, od plaže je udaljen 100 m. Od aerodroma u Tivtu je udaljen 47 km, a od aerodroma u Podgorici 40 km.
Sobe: Sve sobe imaju kuhinju, kupatilo, TV, frižider, klima uređaj i balkon.
Studio 02+1 Standard: 35m2 kuhinja, kupatilo, balkon, dva odvojena krveta, fotelja na rasklapanje. Maksimum 3 osobe.

Sadržaj: U sastavu hotela su restoran, internet kafić, prodavnica i poslastičarnica na plaži. Sportski tereni hotelu (fudbal, košarka, odbojka, tenis) koji pripadaju hotelu su udaljeni 300 m.
Usluga: HB - polupansion (doručak, večera - švedski sto).
Napomena: Gradska plaža 100 m - sitni šljunak, pesak, ležaljke i suncobrani - (uz doplatu 2 ležaljke + suncobran - 10-25 evra u zavisnosti od reda na plaži). Ukupna površina uređene plaže - 1300 m2. Ležaljke i suncobrani pored bazena su besplatni.

TRAVEL PROGRAMME: Day 1 day of service start, accommodation in a specific type of studio according to the chosen service from the table, use of accommodation and service start after 12:00h. DAY TWO to PENULTIMATE DAY: stay in the hotel based on the chosen service. LAST DAY: leaving hotel rooms by 09:00h. End of services.
ARRANGEMENT PRICE - SELF-ORGANISED TRANSPORT INCLUDES:

- Tourist tax and insurance are 1.5 € per person per day. For children aged 12-18, 1€ per person per day. Children up to 12 years do not pay the tourist tax. The tourist tax is subject to change and paid on site.
- Costs of international travel health insurance. Information about insurance is available at the agency.
- Return bus ticket for adults - 70 €;
- Return bus ticket for children up to 12 years - 55 €;
Transport is carried out by high-tourist-class buses, equipped with air-conditioning, tv and dvd, coffee maker, fridge and toilet. Departures for Montenegro are daily from Belgrade, once a day, and during the summer season from 1 June to 31 August twice a day. Departures are every day at 19 and 20 o'clock from the BAS station in Belgrade.
NOTICE: Travellers on departure can exit in the places Sutomore, Petrovac, Rafailovići, Bečići, Budva and Herceg Novi, but on return they are obliged two days before travel to reserve the return personally at the bus station in Sutomore, Budva and Herceg Novi.

General terms, payment and cancellation rules
PAYMENT TERMS AND METHODS: Package arrangement prices are expressed in EUR. Payment is in dinars at the official NBS middle exchange rate on the day of payment. If the arrangement is not paid in full, the remaining debt is expressed in euros and paid according to the rate on the day of payment.
- cash or by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Dina payment cards, the arrangement reservation is secured by a 40% deposit of the arrangement value, and the remainder is paid at the latest 15 days before travel departure.
- payment in instalments (up to 9 monthly instalments, without deposit and without interest) - by Intesa bank credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), payment at the time of reservation.
- by citizens' cheques with deferred payment until 15 December 2027, the arrangement reservation is secured by a 40% deposit of the arrangement value, and for the remainder cheques are deposited at the latest 15 days before travel departure.
- by administrative injunction of companies with which Demo Agencija d.o.o. has a signed Administrative Injunction Agreement.
- by bank transfer of individuals or companies based on an issued invoice
Demo Agencija d.o.o. reserves the right to determine special payment terms for special types of arrangements or promotional offers.
GENERAL NOTES
- The listed discounts for the third and fourth person and children apply only when accompanied by two adult (paying) persons, unless otherwise stated in the price list.
- Studios and rooms are used from 12:00h on the first day of stay, and vacated by 09:00h on the last day of stay.
- Additional, i.e. extra beds are mostly of smaller dimensions than the standard bed and usually fold out, of wooden or metal construction or a fold-out sofa/armchair. Hotel reservations are made upon payment of a 40% deposit. Final confirmation is obtained within 48 hours of payment. If the reservation is not confirmed by the hotel, the entire deposit is refunded.
- The price is guaranteed only for payment of the full amount. Otherwise, only the deposit amount is guaranteed. In case of changes in the monetary market or the market of goods and services or insufficient registered travellers, the tour organiser reserves the right to correct prices, amend the travel programme, cancel the travel or realise it in cooperation with another agency, of which it is obliged to inform travellers at the latest five (5) days before the planned start of travel.
- The hotel category designation in the travel programme is officially established and valid on the day of conclusion of the contract between the tour organiser and the inopartner.
- The tour organiser does not guarantee the floor, view, room, studio or apartment number. Room/studio allocation in the hotel is done by reception, upon arrival of guests.
- The arrangement price for a single room is done on request.
- Statements about the content of certain services or facilities provided by the hotel do not necessarily imply their free use. A surcharge is possible, at hotel reception, for the use of certain services (massage, sauna, spa centre, fitness, internet, safe, consumption of drinks from the mini fridge/mini bar, sports courts and similar.)
- In low-season conditions, and sometimes in season, it is possible that some facilities of the accommodation property, catering and commercial properties at the destination are not in operation, for which the tour organiser cannot be responsible.
- Photographs from the catalogue or from the internet presentation of interior facilities of accommodation properties and rooms do not guarantee that the traveller will receive exactly the accommodation unit of appearance, position, equipment and size as in the photograph.
- Each traveller is obliged to have a valid travel document (passport) or ID card. The agency has no responsibility for any different verbal information about the travel programme. Please travellers to download and carefully read the General Travel Conditions which are an integral part of this programme.

For this programme there is no minimum number of travellers for realisation.
