PAYMENT TERMS AND METHODS: Package arrangement prices are expressed in EUR. Payment is in dinars at the official NBS middle exchange rate on the day of payment. If the arrangement is not paid in full, the remaining debt is expressed in euros and paid according to the rate on the day of payment.

• cash or by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Dina payment cards, the arrangement reservation is secured by a 40% deposit of the arrangement value, and the remainder is paid at the latest 15 days before travel departure.
• payment in instalments (up to 9 monthly instalments, without deposit and without interest) - by Intesa bank credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), payment at the time of reservation.
• by citizens' cheques with deferred payment until December 2026., the arrangement reservation is secured by a 40% deposit of the arrangement value, and for the remainder cheques are deposited at the latest 15 days before travel departure.
• by administrative injunction of companies with which Belvi d.o.o. has a signed Administrative Injunction Agreement.
• by bank transfer of individuals or companies based on an issued invoice

Belvi d.o.o. reserves the right to determine special payment terms for special types of arrangements or promotional offers.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• All foreign nationals who use our agency's services are obliged to inquire about the visa regime of the Republic of Turkey, about travel conditions regarding health, customs or border formalities applicable to the state whose passport they hold, as well as to have an entry stamp to the territory of the Republic of Serbia in the passport with which they are leaving Serbia.
• For all reservations made during the early booking period (discount for early reservations) special conditions apply for changes and cancellation of the arrangement. Any change (name, surname, date of departure, accommodation type, adding a traveller and similar) implies application of new prices from the currently valid price list and charging change costs, and may be refused by the hotel. In that case, cancellation costs will apply according to the General Travel Conditions.
• For citizens of R. Serbia a visa is not required for stay in R. Turkey up to 90 days in a period of 6 months counted from the first day of first entry. Citizens of R. Serbia who enter R. Turkey need to have a passport whose validity period is 6 months after return from travel. Please travellers check the validity of travel documents.
• Please travellers pay particular attention to children's passports issued with shorter validity periods.
• Minor children travelling without one parent need consent of the other parent for border crossing, or if they are travelling without a parent escort they must have an adult escort and certified consent of both parents at the border crossing. The parental consent statement must be certified at court or municipality.
• On the charter flight the carrier is Air Serbia; one piece of luggage per person of maximum weight 23 kg and one piece of hand luggage of maximum weight 7 kg are allowed. Children under 2 years have no right to luggage. As a rule, departure - arrival, take-off - landing of aircraft for charter flights is in the late evening or early morning hours.
• The hotel category is the official domicile category based on the contract between the tour organiser and the inopartner. In case of any subsequent change, the organiser bears no responsibility. The type and quantity of food depends on the hotel category. Room allocation in the hotel is done exclusively by hotel reception upon arrival at the hotel. The tour organiser cannot influence the floor, room position, bed size. One hotel day, as well as reserved services, is counted from noon on the date of the start of travel to noon on the last day of the arrangement, regardless of when (depending on flight times, which the agency cannot influence) the guest enters the hotel.
• In accordance with the current situation regarding the CORONA - COVID 19 virus pandemic, all countries have adopted protocols and rules of conduct in accordance with World Health Organisation recommendations. Travellers are called upon for personal responsibility with the request that all measures and rules of conduct be respected in full in order to preserve personal health, as well as the health of all other people in the surroundings.
• It is mandatory to wear protective masks at the airport, during the flight on the plane and in the means of transport for transfer at the destination (bus, minibus, taxi vehicle). At passport control travellers are obliged to remove the mask for identity confirmation. At some airports contactless temperature measurement is performed before boarding the plane.
• Physical and social distance measures will be applied at all destinations in all segments so that persons who do not belong to the same traveller group (families, persons travelling together) maintain a distance of at least 2 m. It is possible that random testing of travellers will be carried out at the destination.
• Disinfectants will be available at all public points of properties (airports, hotels, etc.).
• Frequent ventilation of closed spaces will be applied, as well as the use of air-conditioning units with regular inflow of fresh air.
• Ventilation of vehicles as well as disinfection of all contact surfaces will be performed between uses.
• In hotel and apartment properties all measures and protocols will be applied to enable clients a safe stay. Wearing protective masks for the entire staff and guests is mandatory. All staff have undergone special training to minimise contact with guests. Check-in at the hotel will be carried out with minimal contact. If symptoms of illness are noticed, all protocols foreseen for such situations will be applied. Disinfection of keys and cards is mandatory. In some properties contactless electronic check-in and check-out at reception will be possible. In restaurants and bars a distance between tables is mandatory. In properties where food is served on the self-service principle, protective barriers will be set up, and staff will serve food, so no one other than hotel staff will be in contact with food. Some properties will switch to a modified food service regime. Disinfection of accommodation units before assignment to new guests is mandatory. Mini clubs for children, spa centres will operate with limited capacities or will not operate at all. Maintenance of hygiene of accommodation units will be done at the guest's request in order to reduce contact with staff.
• All properties reserve the right to change services or abolish certain services they provide, with the aim of implementing safety measures recommended by the World Health Organisation. All descriptions of properties from the Belvi Travel offer are made at the time of publication of the travel programme and are of informative character, and individual ways of providing services cannot be guaranteed and cannot later be a subject of complaint, as the measures are implemented for the protection and safety of guests and employees.

GENERAL NOTES

• Optional excursions and visits are not an integral part of the travel programme and are not covered by the organiser's travel guarantee, since they are organised by local agencies. The tour organiser is not responsible for delays, quality of organisation and price of optional excursions and visits - whose organiser is the local agency at the destination. In case of objections and complaints, contact the agency / inopartner representative at the destination.
• During the transfer to the hotel, when hotels are located in city zones, it is possible that the bus cannot drop travellers off in front of the hotel itself, but at the nearest possible place.
• Clients are obliged to inform themselves about the time of return from the destination from the representative.
• The tour organiser is not responsible in case of damage, delay or loss of luggage. In that case, IMMEDIATELY contact the representative of the airline or staff at the airport (Lost&Found) to request the appropriate confirmation (Property Irregularity Report), after that also notify the agency / inopartner representative at the destination.
• Turkish cuisine is based on vegetables, pasta, has less meat and cured meat products.
• The type and quantity of food depends on the hotel category. In the case of a smaller number of guests the hotel may decide on site to serve food on the set menu principle instead of the all inclusive service. Room allocation in the hotel is done exclusively by hotel reception upon arrival at the hotel. The tour organiser cannot influence the floor, room position, bed size.
• Discounts for children and the third, fourth adult person apply only when accompanied by two fully paying persons, with the persons receiving the discount sleeping on extra beds (mostly of smaller dimensions than the standard bed, armchairs, pull-out sofas, metal or wooden fold-out beds with a thinner mattress), in room types that allow accommodation for more than two persons, unless otherwise stated in the price list.
• Children up to 2 years, if they do not pay for accommodation and seat, do not have their own seat on the plane, have no right to free luggage transport or a meal during the flight, or a bed in the hotel, or food. A baby cot in the hotel is taken upon personal request at reception, with the possibility of a surcharge, or is reserved at the agency upon request.
• For receiving discounts for children, the date of birth and age of the child at the time of travel are decisive.
• If two or more persons have jointly reserved a double or multi-bed room, and in case of travel withdrawal if there is no third person to replace one of them, the tour organiser has the right to charge the full price of the accommodation unit.
• Statements about the content of certain services or facilities provided by the hotel do not necessarily imply their free use nor that they work 24 hours. A surcharge is possible, at hotel reception, for the use of certain services (massage, sauna, spa centre, fitness, internet, safe, consumption of drinks from the mini fridge/mini bar, sports courts and similar.)
• Dress codes in most hotels during dinner in restaurants for men are wearing long trousers, and all types of swimwear are not allowed.
• The tour organiser bears no responsibility if the hotel changes the all inclusive, ultra all inclusive concept, working hours of restaurants, bars, discos and other hotel facilities, nor is the hotel obliged to inform the inopartner and tour organiser of any newly arisen changes.
• In low-season conditions, and sometimes in season, it is possible that some facilities of the accommodation property, catering and commercial properties at the destination are not in operation, for which the tour organiser cannot be responsible.
• Photographs from the catalogue or from the internet presentation of interior facilities of accommodation properties and rooms do not guarantee that the traveller will receive exactly the accommodation unit of appearance, position, equipment and size as in the photograph.
• The agency / inopartner representative's phone number will be available to travellers at the time of voucher issuance, and at the latest 5 days before the agreed travel. If the traveller takes over a voucher on which the representative's phone number is not written, he is obliged to call the agency before travel.
• The price is guaranteed with payment of the full amount. The tour organiser reserves the right, in case of change in transport price, change in foreign exchange rate, insufficient number of registered travellers, hotel overbooking and similar, to change the travel price by the corresponding amount, offer alternative accommodation in another property of the same category or cancel the travel at the latest five days before travel departure.
• Minimum number of registered participants for arrangements made on the basis of charter flights (140 travellers). The final deadline for cancellation of travel by the agency is 5 days before travel.
• The tour organiser bears no responsibility in case of changes to the flight schedule by the airline. The flight time stated in the flight details is the planned local time. The traveller will be informed of the exact flight time upon receiving information from the air carrier, and not earlier than 48 hours before the take-off time.
• The tour organiser considers that the traveller has fully familiarised themselves with the General Travel Conditions and travel programme by signing the travel application (contract) and paying the deposit.
• The final amount of airport taxes is subject to change.
• The tour organiser bears no responsibility in case that border authorities prevent the traveller from leaving the country or prevent entry to the territory of European Union countries, transit countries or countries outside the EU, due to invalid documents, committed offence or non-compliance with visa or customs regulations, nor is responsible if border or immigration authorities do not approve entry, transit or further stay of the traveller. Refund of the amount paid for travel that was not realised due to an invalid travel document is not possible.
• Travellers are asked to carefully take care of their travel documents, documents, money, valuables and luggage. The tour organiser bears no responsibility for their possible loss, theft or disappearance for any reason, throughout the entire travel duration.
